Born in 1953, Erhan Topaç completed his master's degree at the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Boğaziçi University, followed by his doctorate in Mathematical Modeling at the Department of Industrial Engineering at the same university. Topaç held various positions at Eczacıbaşı Holding between 1979 and 1989, and served as Marketing Manager at Pepsi Cola between 1989 and 1990. Erhan Topaç served as Vice President of the Turkish Capital Markets Association between 2001 and 2003, Chairman of the Board of Directors at HUB Venture Capital Investment Partnership Inc. from 2006 to 2015, and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Gedik Portfolio Management Inc. from 2008 to 2015. Topaç served as a Member of the Board of Directors of Borsa Istanbul AŞ and President of the Turkish Capital Markets Association between 2018 and 2019, and served as Vice President of the Turkish Capital Markets Association between 2019 and 2021. He also served as a Member of the Board of Trustees of Gedik University between 2010 and 2021, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Marbaş Securities Inc. between 2004 and 2022, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Gedik Investment Securities Inc. between 1991 and 2022.

Erhan Topaç has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Inveo Yatırım Holding AŞ since its establishment in 1998 and is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of Misyon Yatırım Bankası AŞ. In addition, he continues to serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Misyon Destek ve Finansal Hizmetler AŞ, Misyon Finansal Teknolojiler AŞ, and İstanbul Kandilli Gayrimenkul Yatırım AŞ.

Born in Istanbul in 1990, Onur Topaç graduated from the Austrian High School and completed his undergraduate education in Industrial Engineering at Koç University in 2013, followed by a master's degree in Financial Engineering at Özyeğin University. Onur Topaç began his finance career at Gedik Yatırım in 2008 and was involved in the establishment of the Banking Department in 2013. A pioneer of technological transformation, Mr. Topaç served as General Manager and Chairman of the Board of Directors at HUB Venture Capital Investment Partnership Inc. between 2015 and 2020, and as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors at Marbaş Securities Inc. between 2015 and 2019.

Mr. Topaç, who serves as Deputy Chairman of the Board and General Manager at Inveo Investment Holding AŞ, is also Chairman of the Board and CEO at Gedik Investment Securities AŞ, Deputy Chairman of the Board at Misyon Investment Bank AŞ, hiVC Venture Capital Investment Partnership Inc., Inveo Ventures Venture Capital Investment Partnership Inc., Ichain Investment Holding Inc., Inveo Vehicle Rental Services Inc., GYT Information Technology and Trade Inc., and GY Asset Leasing Inc.

In addition to these positions, he serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Misyon Crypto Asset Trading Platform Inc., Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Misyon Financial Technologies Inc. and Istanbul Kandilli Real Estate Investment Inc., and as a Board Member on behalf of a legal entity at BV Technology Business Development Consulting and Organization Services Inc.

He graduated from Middle East Technical University, Department of Economics in 1999. Bora Oruç, who started to work at the Capital Markets Board in the same year, served as the Vice President of Capital Markets Board between April 2014 and November 2020, responsible for the development, regulation, supervision, issue and registration processes and activities of publicly traded companies, capital market instrument issuances, investment institutions, institutional investors and financial infrastructure institutions, and relations with international financial institutions. Bora Oruç, who served as a member of the G20 Financial Stability Board Regulatory Cooperation Standing Committee between October 2017 and November 2020, earned his MBA degree from the Cambridge University Judge Business School in 2009. 

Bora Oruç currently serves as a Managing Partner at OMG Danışmanlık A.Ş., Partner and Deputy Chair of the Board at Gri Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş., Partner at İnova Deri ve Tekstil Sanayi A.Ş., and as an Independent Board Member at Eliptik Yazılım ve Ticaret A.Ş. and İş Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. 

After graduating from Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics, Rüya Eser received her post graduate degree by completing the Social Sciences Institute Business Finance Program at the same university, and also completed the post graduate program on Money Banking and Finance at the University of Birmingham in the UK. Then she received her PhD from Yıldız Technical University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Economics. Eser started her career at T. Vakıflar Bankası as an assistant financial analyst in 1985, then worked in the Capital Markets Board as a specialist and chief expert in research and audit departments from 1987 to 2013. 

She worked as Quality Control and Corporate Governance Director at an independent audit company from 2013 to 2017. She also served as an independent member of the Board of Directors at the Turkish Capital Markets Association between 2016 and 2018. She has articles published in peer-reviewed journals and book chapters on capital markets, independent auditing, and complexity economics, as well as papers presented and published at national and international scientific meetings. Currently, she gives lectures on capital markets and risk analysis in the undergraduate program as a part-time lecturer at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, Department of Statistics and the Money and Capital Markets graduate program at Kültür University. Additionally, she holds a SMMM license, independent auditor certificate, and other various licenses issued by the Capital Markets Licensing and Training Company, and is also a member of the Independent Audit Companies Association and the Turkish Economic Association. Rüya Eser is currently an Independent Board Member at Inveo Yatırım Holding A.Ş., Gedik Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş., and Kartonsan Karton Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. 

Born in 1952 in Istanbul, Ahmet Aka graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Electrical Engineering in 1976 and received his Master's degree in the same department in 1979. Between 1979-1981, he worked as a Technical Consultant at Saran AŞ / Plaser AŞ. Ahmet Aka then worked as Business Partner at CSA Electronik between 1981-1983, Assistant General Manager at Nebim Neyir Bilgisayar Sanayii ve Hizmetleri AŞ, a distributor of Texas Instruments computers, between 1983-1988, and Assistant General Manager at Hewlett Packard Turkey between 1989-2001, He served as founding shareholder and General Manager at Fotomobil AŞ between 2001-2006, Independent Board Member at Inci Holding between 2007-2009, Strategic Planning and Marketing consultant at Gedik Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ between 2010-2012, and Independent Board Member at Gedik Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ between 2012-2018. Since April 2022, he has been serving as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Marbaş Menkul Değerler AŞ. Since March 2023 he has been serving as the Independent Board Member at Gedik Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ.
